You must promptly update your personal information, particularly contact details, whenever changes occur to ensure you receive timely and accurate information from the Barangay. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual without legitimate purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts without notice.
The Barangay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the System, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Information Services and Availability
The System provides comprehensive access to various barangay information and communication services, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Barangay's liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding one hundred pesos (₱100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and whether the Barangay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Termination and Suspension
You may terminate your account and unsubscribe from services at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting the Barangay Office. Upon termination, you will cease to receive personalized notifications and communications, though you may still access public information available through the System.
The Barangay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
- Pose a threat to System security or integrity
- Remain inactive for extended periods (as defined by Barangay policy)
- Are created with false or misleading information
Upon termination, your access to personalized features will cease immediately, but certain data may be retained as required by law, regulation, or operational necessity. Termination of your account does not affect any obligations or liabilities that accrued prior to termination.
15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The failure of the Barangay to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or to exercise any right or remedy available under these Terms, does not constitute a waiver of that provision, right, or remedy, nor does it preclude the Barangay from enforcing such provision or exercising such right or remedy in the future.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Barangay regarding the System and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, communications, and representations relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.
